Fill out the official Birth and Death Certificate Application Form and email it to customerservice@best-courier.com.

We pay the $25-per-certificate fee at the counter and add it to your invoice.

Our courier requests your certificate in person and picks it up the same day.

Photo, then delivery
We photograph it so you can confirm it's correct, then ship it however you need, from overnight to international express.

Ordering by mail or online usually takes 7 to 10 business days after the office gets your request. Our courier goes to the counter for you, so you can make that passport appointment, closing or estate deadline.
Ordering for a newborn?
New birth certificates usually take 2 to 5 weeks to reach the state records system, so same-day service isn't available for recent births.
Need it for use abroad?
We can take your certificate straight from pickup to the Ohio Secretary of State for an apostille.
