Complete the request form
Fill out the official Ohio Authentication/Apostille Request Form, including the destination country, and email it to us.

We cover the state fees
We pay the Secretary of State's $5-per-document fee and add it to your invoice. No checks or money orders needed.

Hand delivery to the Secretary of State
Our courier delivers your documents and payment in person in Columbus, the fastest way to have them processed.

We photograph your apostilles so you can check them right away, then ship by overnight or international express.

Check your document first
Ohio can only apostille documents issued or certified by an Ohio official, or notarized by an Ohio notary. Not sure? Call us and we'll check before you send anything.
Accepted
- Ohio birth and death certificates
- Certified marriage records
- Certified divorce decrees, judgments and probated wills
- Ohio business filings from the Secretary of State
- Documents properly notarized by an Ohio notary, such as diplomas and transcripts
Not accepted by Ohio
- FBI background checks
- Documents with a federal seal or from a federal court
- Documents notarized outside Ohio
- Records certified by another state or country
Federal documents go to the U.S. Department of State instead.
$125 per document
